PAGE PAGE IV 内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：HL7医学信息传输技术的研究与实现——服务器的构建 学生姓名：xxxxxxxxx 学 号：xxxxxxxxx 专 业：xxxxxxxxx 班 级：xxxxxxxxx 指导教师：xxxxxxxxx 内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） HL7医学信息传输技术的研究与实现—服务器的构建 摘 要 随着信息技术和网络技术的飞速发展，共享医疗数据以及医疗信息系统可操作性互联的需求显得更为迫切，所以建立统一的医疗信息标准已成为世界性趋势。HL7（Health Level Seven）医学信息标准，已成为美国公认的医学信息标准，美国约90％医院的医学信息相关设备和医疗信息系统正是基于HL7标准建立的。而且在英国、德国等发达国家，HL7标准也逐渐被大众接受和认可。经过二十多年的快速发展，HL7已经成为了一个国际化的技术标准，同时在国际舞台上发挥的重要作用。 论文正是基于HL7医学信息标准的良好发展前景而展开论述的，其中着重介绍了HL7标准以及其相关信息，在此基础上着重研究了HL7信息传输服务器的搭建，从而实现服务器和客户端的连接和信息传输。由于种种原因，我国医疗信息系统还在使用不同的技术标准，这严重阻碍了各医疗信息系统之间的通信互联和信息共享。加快HL7标准的推广，不断完善客户端和服务器之间通信传输，进一步和国际发展接轨对我国医疗信息产业的未来将会有很大的帮助。 本次设计的服务器是基于Eclipse软件开发环境，运用Java语言进行编程，采用SWT Designer插件构建服务器界面，实现了基于HL7标准的信息传输服务器平台的搭建，最后通过HL7 Messaging Workbench对服务器和客户端之间的消息传输功能进行测试。服务器实现的主要功能是首先对客户端的连接请求进行监听；其次为双方的通信提供端口；再次可以接收客户端发送的HL7消息；最后向客户端回复确认消息。 关键词：HL7标准；消息传输；Java语言；多线程 内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） Research and Implementation of the HL7 Medical Information Transmission Technology – Construction of Server Abstract With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, the sharing of medical data and medical information systems’ operability is becoming more urgent. So a unified standard of medical information has become a worldwide trend. HL7 medical information standard has been generally accepted in the United States as a standard of their country’s medical information, medical information-related equipments and information systems in 90% hospital are applying HL7 standard in the United States. Moreover in Britain, Germany and any other developed countries, the HL7 standard has gradually been accepted by the public. After several years of development, HL7 has become an international technical standard and will play an important role in the international arena.
