第 20 卷第 2 期 高 校 化 学 工 程 学 报 No.2 Vol.20 2006 年 4 月 Journal of Chemical Engineering of Chinese Universities Apr . 2006 文章编号：1003-9015(2006)02-0217-05 4,6-二氨基间苯二酚在盐酸溶液中的重结晶法精制 , , , 矫灵艳 黄玉东 曹海琳 李 霞 (哈尔滨工业大学 应用化学系, 黑龙江 哈尔滨 150001) 摘 要：4,6-二氨基间苯二酚是合成聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑(PBO)纤维最主要的单体，为了得到高纯的 4,6-二氨基间苯二 酚盐酸盐，对其重结晶工艺进行了研究。采用激光法测定了 4,6-二氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐在不同温度、不同浓度的盐酸 溶液中的溶解度和超溶解度。通过对 4,6-二氨基间苯二酚在盐酸体系中热力学特性的研究为结晶工艺作出理论指导。 同时研究盐酸溶液与粗晶的配比、结晶时间、冷却方式、搅拌等因素对结晶过程的影响，确定了适宜的工艺条件为： 3.5 mol⋅L− 1 的盐酸溶液作为溶剂，盐酸与粗晶的体积比为 20:1 ，缓慢降温冷却至−20 ℃，搅拌速度为 80 r⋅min− 1 时搅拌 10 min， 结晶时间 9 h，进行二次重结晶得到高纯度的 4,6-二氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐。 关键词：4,6-二氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐；重结晶；溶解度；超溶解度 中图分类号；O625.312 ；TQ028.6 文献标识码：A Refinement of 4,6-Diaminoresorcinol by Recrystallization in Hydrochloric Acid JIAO Ling-yan, HUANG Yu-dong, CAO Hai-lin, LI Xia (Department of Applied Chemistry, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China) Abstract: 4,6-Diaminoresorcinol is the most important monomer used for the synthesis of poly(p -phenylene- 2,6-benzobisoxazole)(PBO) fibers.
