物业辖区停电应急处置预案 物业辖区停电应急处置预案提要：若因过负荷影响供电时，就依据负荷重要情况，将三类、二类负荷切除部份负荷，严禁将一类负荷断电减负荷 物业辖区停电应急处置预案 一、若因故障突然断电或短时无法恢复供电时，工程部应及时与服务部联系，向客户作好解释工作。 二、某回路因故障跳闸停电时，工程部值班人员应首先通知相关人员断开全部下级开关，然后再试送本级开关，最后再依次恢复下级开关，若某下级开关试送时引起跳闸，则确认该级开关所属回路故障，然后依次排查，尽快恢复供电，缩小停电范围。 三、1段、2段分断运行时，若某一段变压器或进线柜故障无法供电时，应首先将1段2段母联运行恢复供电（注：母联运行应密切注意负荷情况），再对故障进行抢修。 四、3段4段分断运行时，若某一段变压器或进线柜故障无法供电时，应首先将3段4段母联运行恢复供电（注：母联运行应密切注意负荷情况），再对故障进行抢修。 五、若母联运行时，联络柜故障无法工作时，应立即抢运另一变压器，分段运行，尽快恢复供电。 六、若因过负荷影响供电时，就依据负荷重要情况，将三类、二类负荷切除部份负荷，严禁将一类负荷断电减负荷。 七、若市电停电时，应立即启用柴油发电机，向一类负荷供电。 八、若因变压器故障无法工作时，应立即投运另一变压器，将所属负荷与另一段母联运行。 九、若因高压柜G4、G5、G10、G11出线柜中某一手车开关故障不能供电时，可将所属下级负荷与另一段母联运行，若因负荷过大不能母联运行时，可启动G6、G9的备用手车，尽快恢复供电。 十、若因高压某段的计量柜故障无法工作时，应首先将1段2段互联运行，由另一电源单独供电,也可将故障计量手车退出，投入另一段的计量手车，尽快恢复供电。 十一、若因某一段进线柜故障影响供电时，可将Ⅰ、Ⅱ段母联运行，若是因进线手车故障影响供电时，可启用G6、G10柜的备用手车，以尽快恢复供电。 注：以上的2~10条操作时应立即通知副值到场，由当班人员与副值共同完成，操作完后应立即补填操作票及其它相关记录，并及时将处理情况报告上级主管。 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
