新风换气机对室内环境影响的数值仿真研究
摘 要
室内环境与人的健康、心情和工作效率密切相关,因此,创造一个舒适、健康的室内环境非常重要。
本文采用高Re数的双方程模型与壁面函数法相结合的方法建立了空调房间内空气流动的二维模型与三维模型;并以单一房间为研究对象,针对上送上回、侧送侧回、上送侧回的送风方案建立网格模型,运用FLUENT软件分别进行二维和三维状态的数值模拟。模拟过程中,通过给定送风参数,采用SIMPLEC算法,并结合所建立的模型,得到了比较合理的温度场、速度场和速度矢量图。同时还分析了不同的风口位置对室内空气品质及能量利用率的影响;并对侧送侧回和上送侧回的送风方式提出了改进方案。从而为空调房间的实际运行提供了指导性结论。
基于三维状态模拟结果,本文比较了房间不同截面的温度场与速度场,了解了通风房间的基本环境;二维和三维状态的模拟结果表明:侧送侧回的送风方案的能量利用率最高、空气混合度最大、污染情况最小,该方案最优。

Numerical simulation of fresh air exchanger effecting indoor environment
Abstract
Providing for the wholesome and comfortable indoor microclimate is very important, because the microclimate can affect on the health, the mind and work efficiency of the human being.
In this paper, high Reynolds number turbulence model and wall function are used to establish a two-dimensional turbulence mathematical model and a three-dimensional turbulence mathematical model of an air-conditioned room, and one air-conditioned room is taken as a research object. The air supply and return upside, the air supply and return side, the air supply upside and return side are aimed to establish mesh models, and FLUENT is used to simulate the indoor environment in two-dimensional and three-dimensional state. During the simulating, by using the air inlet parameters, SIMPLEC method and associated with the mathematical models, the proper temperature field, the velocity field, and the vectors of velocity can be obtained. At last, the influence of different ventilated positions on indoor air quality and energy efficiency is analyzed. Consequently, the results are provided for practical operation of air-conditioned room.
On the bases of the three-dimensional simulation, we got the temperature fields and the velocity fields of the different sections in the room.
