组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P 005), 第 6周高剂量组与低剂量组比较有统计学意义(P 001), 热板仪实验异常
(高剂量组时间延长 57%,低剂量组时间延长 44% ) , 甩尾实验时间延长(高剂量组延长 38% ), 后肢展开距离明显加宽
(高剂量组增加 102%, 低剂量组增加 61% ),胫神经和腓肠神经传导速度降低(感觉神经传导速度降低 32%, 运动神经

Abstract: Objective To observe the changes of neurobehavior function and electrophysiology in rats exposed to acrylam
ide. M ethods M ale SD rats ( 220~ 250 g) were randomly divided into 3 groups ( 10 rats per group). The rats in group 1were
served as the control(NS only) and the other2 groupswere given acrylamide ( 20 or40mg/kg ip, 3 tmi es/week) for 10weeks.
Special tests included observations ofnervous sensory to pain, measurements of hindlmi b landing foot splay and electrophysiologi
cal changes in rats. Results Theweight of the rats treatedwith acrylamidewere reduced (P 005) after 3weeks of exposure.
Comparedw ith the control group, the hind pawlick latency of rats at highdose groupwas significantly prolonged by 57% (P
001), the tailflick lantency at high dose groupwas prolonged by 38%, hindlmi b landing foot splay at lowdose and highdose
