Since the concept of geographic information sharing was brought forward, many researchers have addressed and studied it from various perspectives. Using Bibliometries method, foreign and Chinese articles relating to geographic information sharing were quantitatively analyzed from the angle of research perspective. On this basis, the four research perspectives were observed, and the shortcomings of the current research perspectives were pointed out. The results of quantitative analysis also showed that the research of geographic information sharing behavior was still in its infancy, so it should be deeply researched from new perspectives in the future.
