精品论文 参考文献 经阴分娩产妇早期盆底肌训练的康复效果分析 伍丽艳 丁红梅 罗文清 陈瑞珍（广东省云浮市人民医院妇产科 广东云浮 527300） 【中图分类号】R714.3【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）11-0184-03 【摘要】目的 研究经阴分娩产妇早期盆底肌训练的康复效果对改善女性盆底肌群功能缺陷的提供可靠治疗依据。方法 选取本院2010年6月至2011年12月共100例经阴道分娩的初产妇,随机分成治疗组对照组,每组50例,治疗组遵循自愿原则,于产后红色恶露清除,会阴切口已拆线且不感疼痛即可以进行训练,对照组按传统方法,42天后才开始训练,100名产妇训练3个月后均作盆底肌功能测试。结果 治疗组与对照组对比，盆底肌肌力明显增高，两组相比差异有显著性(P＜0.05)，尿失禁阳性率均低于训练前(P＜0.05)，有显著差异性。结论 经阴分娩产妇早期盆底肌训练的康复效果优于传统方法训练，有效降低压力性尿失禁等优异的疗效。 【关键词】早期 盆底肌训练 阴道分娩 尿失禁 The analysis of rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor muscle training on puerpera by vaginal delivery in earlier period 【Abstract】 Objective: To research the rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor muscle training on puerpera by vaginal delivery in earlier period，and to provide safe treatment foundation for the improvement in female with functional defects of pelvic floor muscle.Methods: the case of 100 puerperas by vaginal delivery in our hospital from Jun. 2010 to Dec. 2011 were selected to Study, randomized for test group and control group. Each group with 50 case.Following voluntary principle, the test group were done with pelvic floor muscle training,after post-natal lochia was clean and the perineal incision was cleared with no pain. The control group were done with pelvic floor muscle training after 42 days in traditional method .All of the 100 puerperas were done with the function test of pelvic floor muscle after training for three months. Results: the muscle strength of pelvic floor muscle of the test group was increased more than the control group. Results showed that there was significant difference between the test group and the control group(P＜0.05)。The positive rate of urinary incontinence in all two groups was lower than before training,and there was significant difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion: the rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor muscle training on puerpera by vaginal delivery in earlier period was better than the rehabilitation effect in traditional method.
