早期盆底康复治疗对产妇盆底功能恢复及生活质量影响 　　[摘要]目的 ?^察早期盆底康复治疗对产妇盆底功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2016年4月～2017年3月于我院行产后42 d盆底功能检测的初产妇104例作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，各52例。对照组行常规盆底肌肉锻炼，观察组则采取盆底电刺激治疗。观察两组治疗前后Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维变化情况与生活质量。结果 治疗前两组Ⅰ类肌纤维持续时间、持续收缩压与Ⅱ类肌纤维收缩个数、快速收缩压以及盆底压力比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后观察组Ⅰ类肌纤维的持续时间、持续收缩压与Ⅱ类肌纤维收缩个数、快速收缩压均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=4.832、7.314、14.444、4.105，P0.05）；治疗后观察组PFIQ-7、PFDI-20评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=12.353、16.924，P0.05）。结论 早期盆底康复治疗利于取得更好的康复治疗效果，促进产妇盆底功能恢复，提升其生活质量。 　　[关键词]盆底功能障碍；盆底肌肉锻炼；早期电刺激；生物反馈；盆底功能；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R714 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（b）-0071-04 　　Effect of early pelvic floor rehabilitation on recovery of pelvic floor function and living quality 　　ZHU Xiao-ling 　　Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics，Leping Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Jiangxi Province，Leping 333300，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of early pelvic floor rehabilitation on recovery of pelvic floor function and living quality.Methods 104 primipara with postpartum 42 d pelvic floor function test in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected，and they were randomly divided into two groups，52 cases in each groups.Control group was given pelvic floor muscle training，while observation group was treated with electrical stimulation.The changes of type Ⅰ，Ⅱ muscle fiber，living quality in two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results Before treatment，the duration of type Ⅰ muscle fiber，sustained systolic pressure，count of type Ⅱ muscle fiber contraction，quick systolic pressure，pelvic floor pressure in two groups had no difference （P0.05）；after treatment，the duration of type Ⅰ muscle fiber，sustained systolic pressure，count of type Ⅱmuscle fiber contraction，quick systolic pressure in observation group were better than those in control group （t=4.832，7.314，14.444，4.105，P0.05）；after treatment，the scores of PFIQ-7，PFDI-20 in observation group were lower than those in control group （t=12.353，16.924，P0.05）.Conclusion Early pelvic floor rehabilitation can achieve better c
