针对T 800 碳纤维 湿法缠绕的特点, 开发了一种适合T 800 碳纤维湿法缠绕用的树脂
基体, 测试了该树脂基体与T 800 碳纤维制成复合材料的力学性能 耐湿热性能结果表明, 该树脂
体系的粘度 适用期可满足湿法缠绕成型工艺要求, 制备的T- 800 碳纤维复合材料界面粘接好, 层间
剪切强度达到101 MP a, N O L 环拉伸强度高于2500M P a 单向复合材料经95 蒸馏水浸泡150h 后的
平衡吸湿率低于 1% 力学性能保留率高, 耐湿热性能优良

Abstract On the base of the ch aracters of T 800 carbon f iber and w et w inding, one kind of resin matrix , w hich is suit-
able f or T 800 carbon f iber composite in w et w inding w as studied . T he m ech anical properties and hydrotherm al stability of the
resin and it s T 800 carbon f iber composite w ere analyzed too. T he result show ed the resin matrix has a low v iscosity. It can be
used as the m atrix of T 800 carbo n fiber composite fo r w et w inding. T he interlam inar shear streng th of the composite can g et to
101 M Pa and tensile strength of N OL r ing can reach up to 2500 M Pa. When being imm ersed in the distilled w ater at 95 fo r
150h , equilibrium moisture content of the composite is low er th an 1% and the mechanical prop erties retention is high. So it is
proved to process ex cellent interfacial pro per ty and hydrotherm al stability f or the composite.
