摘 要
邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂分子结构中含有苯环,分子质量较小。除具有环氧树脂的通性外,还有黏度低、反应活性适中、粘接力高、相容性好、电绝缘性和超低温性优异、耐候性好等优点。它与碳纤维有良好的粘接力,宜制作碳纤维复合材料。
本文主要研究用于制备碳纤维复合材料的树脂基体的制备过程。通过改变树脂基体制备过程中的反应确定了最佳反应条件为物料质量配比ECH/PA = 1.9、酯化时间120min、环化时间70min、反应温度110℃、促进剂水的用量6g、环化剂氢氧化钠溶液的浓度30%。在此件下合成的树脂为淡黄色透明液体,环氧值为0.51(mol/100g)。

Abstract
The PADE molecules with the benzene ring structure and low molecule qualities have advantages such as low viscosity, moderate reactivity, high bonding strength, good compatibility, excellent electrical insulation and ultra-low temperature and weather resistance in the PADE molecules in addition to the common character of epoxy resin. It has a good adhesion with carbon fiber and suits the preparation of carbon fiber composites.
We mainly research the preparation process of the resin matrix which are used in synthesizing the carbon fiber composites in this paper. The optimized conditions are determined, through changing the reaction in the preparation process, the allocated rate of material quality is 1:9,esterification time is 120 minutes, cyclization time is 70 minutes, the reaction temperature is 110℃ and 6 grams water was added, the quantity of the sodium hydroxide is 30 percent. Under this condition, the synthetic resin is faint yellow, transparent liquid and the epoxy value is 0.51(mol/100g), the production rate is 87.82%.
