河南科技学院新科学院 2015 届本科毕业论文(设 计) 基于SolidWorks的液压挖掘机手臂的三维建模及运动仿真 学生姓名: 仝绪锋 所在院系:新科学院机械工程系 所学专业:机械设计制造及其自动化 导师姓名: 丛晓霞 武民 完成时间: 2015年5月 液压挖掘机手臂的三维建模及运动分析 摘 要 液压挖掘机是工程机械的重要品种之一,深受广大施工单位的喜爱和青睐,本论文通过对液压挖掘机工作状况和工作装置进行分析,首先对液压挖掘机研究意义和发展状况进行综合论述,从而论述其对挖掘机研究的重要性和了解其未来发展趋势,为我国挖掘机的更新换代提供几点建议,其次对液压挖掘机的工作特点进行分析,对挖掘机作业工况进行分析,从而全面了解液压挖掘机的状况和影响其工作性能的因素,运用Solidworks软件对液压挖掘机主要机构进行三维建模和虚拟仿真,建立液压挖掘机主要结构:铲斗、斗杆和动臂的三维模型图并进行了论述分析。本论文为提高液压挖掘机的稳定平衡和生产效率提供理论依据。 关键词:液压挖掘机,三维建模,运动仿真 Hydraulic pressure excavator three dimensional modelling and movement analysis Abstract The hydraulic pressure excavator is one of project machinery important varieties, deeply the general constructions affection and the favor, the present paper through carries on to the hydraulic pressure excavator working condition and the work installment the analysis, first carries on the synthesis elaboration to the hydraulic pressure excavator research significance and the development condition, thus elaborates it the importance which studies to the excavator and understood its future trend of development, will provide several suggestions for our country excavator renewal, next will carry on the analysis to the hydraulic pressure excavator work characteristic, will carry on the analysis to the excavator work operating mode, thus understood comprehensively the hydraulic pressure excavator the condition and will affect its operating performance the factor, will carry on the three dimensional modelling and the hypothesized simulation using the Solidworks software to the hydraulic pressure excavator main organizationEstablishes the hydraulic pressure excavator main structure: The scoop, the bucket arm and moved the arm the three dimensional molded relief map and have carried on the elaboration analysis。The present paper for enhances the hydraulic pressure excavator the equilibrium and the production efficiency provides the theory basis Keywords: Hydraulic pressure excavator; Three dimensional modelling;
