基本药物论文：关于国家基本药物制度配送模式对药品流通环节影响的研究 【中文摘要】为建立中国特色医药卫生体制,逐步实现人人享有基本医疗卫生服务的目标,中共中央、国务院向社会公布了《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》,而实施国家基本药物制度是深化医药卫生体制改革近期五项重点工作之一。国家基本药物配送作为实施国家基本药物制度的一个重要环节,对能否落实好国家基本药物制度起着至关重要的作用。本课题首先对国家基本药物在配送模式以及配送环节中存在的问题进行分析,在研究过程中发现,按照国家基本药物配送制度所构建的药品供应保障体系进行,将会对我国医药流通体系的改革发展起到巨大的推动作用,会使流通行业的结构发生兼并、重组、整合等改变。而物流行业运行水平的真正提高,却在于现代物流能力的提高。尽管医药商业市场规模不断壮大,但目前我国药品流通市场还存在很多的弊端,并且医药流通行业的洗牌已经处于白热化。本课题通过对国家基本药物制度配送模式的研究,来探讨其对药品流通环节影响。 【英文摘要】In order to build up a healthcare system with Chinese characteristics and gradually realize the goal that everyone has the chance to enjoy the basic health service, the Central Government has released to the public the document “On Deepening the Reform of Healthcare System”, with the practice of the national rules and regulations for essential medicine as one of recent five key tasks for deepening the reforming program of the healthcare system in this country.The distribution of the national essential medicines, as one of the important links in the practice of the national rules and regulations for essential medicines, is fundamental to the implementation of such systems.An analysis of the existing problems in the distribution modes and stages for the national essential medicine is first presented in this paper, and it is found that the supply of medicines based upon the national distribution system of essential medicine will be a great driving force for the reformation and development of Chinese medicine circulation, bringing about acquisition, restructuring and integration in the circulation industry.The improvement of the quality of logistics industry depends, to a large extent, on the enhancement of modern logistics capability.Although the market for medicine is developing, there indeed are many abuses and defects in the circulation of medicines, and the restructuring of the medical circulation industry is now at its white-hot stage.This paper through to the national system for basic drugs distribution mode of research, to discuss the
