摘 要
本建筑是一栋商务办公楼,建筑占地面积约为1000m,其建筑总面积约6000㎡。主体6层,层高均为3.6m。本设计的内容包括建筑设计和结构设计。
建筑设计阶段:进行了总体方案设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计,以及屋面、楼梯及墙体等构造设计,完成了建筑设计说明及有关建筑图。
结构设计阶段:进行了结构平面布置、估算截面尺寸、荷载计算、框架计算、侧移验算、内力计算、内力组合及构件设计等工作,并完成了结构设计说明及标准层结构 平面布置图、框架配筋图、楼梯、基础结构施工图。
本建筑上部结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,下部采用独立基础和双柱联合基础,结构设计中考虑了恒载、楼屋面活载及地震水平作用、荷载效应组合等问题。本设计框架抗震等级为三级。对框架梁、柱按强剪弱弯、强柱弱梁原则进行构件配筋设计,并考虑了地震区对配筋的各种构造要求。
整个设计完全符合要求。

Abstract
The building is an Office building of Business affairs, The building covers an area of approximately 1000m. Its buildings with an area of about 6000m. Building subject of 6 floors .The story is 3.6 m high, The design include architectural and structural design in two sections. Architectural design stage: a general program design, graphic design, elevation design, profile design, roof, stairs and walls, structural design etc. And completed the explanation of architectural design and completed the architectural design and building plans note.
Structural design stage: the structure layout, estimating section size, load calculation, the framework calculation, the lateral checked, the internal force calculation, the combination of internal forces and component design etc. and completed the structural design of the standard description of the structure and structural layer of plane arrangement chart, frame reinforcement chart, stair, infrastructure construction of graph.
The construction of superstructure using the fragment(consider revising) of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure, the lower part of a separate basis. Consider the structural design of the dead load and live load of floor, and roof ,and the level of the earthquake, load effect combinations, etc .The seismic design framework for the three grades.
