基于MCS-51单片机的LD自动功率控制系统
摘 要:
半导体激光器(LD)由于其具有体积小、价格低、低功率、易于集成、便于工作、波长可调、可快速调制等一系列特点,越来越受到人们的重视,是应用最广泛的一类激光器。稳定光源在光学测量中象电子电路测试时用振荡器作为信号源一样,必须要求发出高稳定、光功率可调的光信号,稳定光源正是急待开发的光学系统测试仪器中的一种重要的基础设备。
功率稳定可调的激光二极管(LD)在精密光电检测和光纤通信系统中应用广泛。介绍了一种单片机控制激光二极管输出功率的方法,针对SANYO30mW红光LD设计了驱动电路,其驱动电流在0~100mA之间可调,最小可调量0.01mA。单片机内对监测电流偏差进行了PID调节运行,使激光二极管输出功率稳定。
本课题设计的是使半导体激光器功率输出稳定,我们从自动控制理论出发,先对PID控制理论进行阐述,接着设计了对输出光功率进行数字设置、闭环PID自动调节的LD驱动电路。

[Abstract]:
Semiconductor laser (LD) due to its small size, low cost, low power, easy to integrate, easy to work, wavelength tunable, can be quickly prepared a series of features, more and more people paying attention to is the most widely used class laser.Steady light in the optical measurement used as electronic circuit test oscillator as signal source, must request for a high stability, the optical signal optical power adjustable, stable light source is the urgent development of test instruments in the optical system is an important the infrastructure.
Stability of the laser diode power adjustable (LD) in precision optical testing and optical fiber communication systems are widely used. Introduces a single chip laser diode output power control method, designed for SANYO30mW red LD drive circuit, the drive current between the 0 ~ 100mA adjustable, adjustable minimum quantity lt;0.01mA. Microcontroller to monitor the current deviation within a PID regulator operation, the laser diode output power.
This topic is designed to make the semiconductor laser output power stability, we proceed from the control theory, first expounded on the PID control theory, then designed a digital optical power output settings, closed-loop PID automatic adjustment of the LD driver circuit.
