2013年 12月 25日AT89C51对水温进行控制,采用DS18B20作为温度传感器,通过按键、液晶显示等组成人机交互接口来实现设置和调节初始温度值。系统启动后液晶显示器显示测量到的温度值,当加热到设定之后立即停止。另外,本系统通过软件实现对按键误差、加热过程的调整,以提高系统的安全性、可靠性和稳定性。本文详细的叙述了用MCS-51单片机设计装置恒温控制系统的硬件电路及软件实现。详细介绍了设计构图,各功能模块的程序流程图及程序清单。该装置控制温度范围广泛,可靠性强、灵敏度高,使用灵活。

Abstract
With the gradual development of modern industry, in industrial production, temperature, pressure, flow rate and liquid level is the most common four process variables. Among them, the temperature is a very important process variables. For example: in the metallurgical industry, chemical industry, power industry, machinery processing and food processing and many other areas, need to all kinds of heating furnace, heat treatment furnace, reactor and boiler temperature control. However, with the conventional control method, the potential is limited, meets the requirement of high performance. By single chip microcomputer to control them not only possesses the advantages of convenient control, simple and flexible, and can greatly improve the technical index of the measured temperature, thus can greatly improve the quality and quantity of the product. Therefore, the single chip microcomputer to control the temperature of the problem is a well site will use the problems in the industrial production.
This system has realized the single chip microcomputer AT89C51 to control water temperature, using DS18B20 as temperature sensor, through the buttons, LCD display and so on human-computer interaction interface to set up and adjust the initial temperature. After system start LCD display shows the measured temperature value, when heated to a stop immediately after setting.
