And the effect of mechanical properties of POE-g-GMA as a compatibility agent on PP/PA6 blends was studied. Research results showed that the addition of appropriate amount of PA6 in the blends of PP/PA6 can improve the tensile strength of PP, when the addition of the compatibility POE-g-GMA in PP/PA6 blend system, not only can improve the compatibility of PP/PA6 blends, and can make the PP/PA6 blends while keeping high tensile strength and modulus of elasticity at the same time, greatly improve the notched impact and the elongation at break of the blends, compared with pure PP improve significantly increased. Key words: ethylene/octane copolymer;glycidyl methacrylate;melt grafting;chemical titration;structure proper; 1.文献综述 1.1 PP聚丙烯英文名称:Polypropylene,简称:PP,俗称:百折胶。聚丙烯是聚α-烯烃的代表,由丙烯聚合而制得的一种热塑性树脂,其单体是丙烯CH2=CH-CH3。在汽车工业、家用电器、电子、包装及建材、家具等方面具有广泛的应用,聚丙烯是一种性能优异的聚烯烃材料,自1957年由意大利的Mont公司实现工业化以来,它是五大通用热塑性树脂中发展历史最短、增长最快的品种。聚丙烯之所以能获得如此迅速的发展,有以下几个方面的原因:(1)综合性能优良,性能范围宽;(2)
