摘 要 自第二次全国残疾人抽样调查以来,学术界对老年残疾人问题的关注程度有 了显著的上升。然而,对女性老年残疾人问题的关注依然处在相对较低的层次。 因此,本文将女性老年残疾人作为分析的切入点,对比研究其与男性老年残疾人 基本状况的差异,以揭示这一特殊社会群体所正面临的严峻的养老形势。 社会性别理论产生于西方女性主义第二次运动之中,社会性别理论试图为女 性所处的不平等的社会地位提供理论层面的阐释。而本文通过借鉴社会性别理论 的相关观点,运用社会性别分析的方法,剖析女性老年残疾人与男性老年残疾人 基本状况的差异,并揭示导致产生这种差异的原因,机制。 本文共论述了五方面的内容: 1简要介绍了研究的背景、动力、以及研究所采用的方法、数据、文献资料 等方面。 2就国内外相关的研究进行了回顾与简要评析,得出结论认为研究老年女性 残疾人和老年男性残疾人之间基本状况的差异是很有必要的。 3分别从人口层面、受教育程度、健康状况、生活主要来源、社保参与状况 等多个层面综合分析女性和男性老年残疾人在数据结果方面所呈现的差异。 4 运用社会性别分析的方法,剖析女性老年残疾人与男性老年残疾人基本状 况的差异,并揭示导致产生这种差异的原因,机制。 5 对研究结果进行总结,并就数据分析和理论探讨的结果与之前的研究假设 进行比较,提出个人的观点。 本文的主要结论包括以下几个方面: 1性别差异导致了女性老年残疾人和男性老年残疾人晚年基本状况的不同。 2 对受教育程度,社会保险类和生活来源等题设的分析,较好的证明了女性 老年残疾人的基本状况弱于男性老年残疾人的猜想,女性老年残疾人在社会支持 与保障方面的确存在诸多不足之处,性别成为影响男性和女性老年残疾人生活状 况的重要因素。 3源于生理性别差异,却扭曲了这种差异的社会性别因素,是导致女性老年 残疾人处于社会弱势地位的重要影响因素。而利用社会性别理论,通过社会性别 分析的方法,能够将这些影响因素成功进行解构,并探明了社会性别因素在女性 老年残疾人方面的作用机制。即社会资源配给机制、社会角色定位机制、固化机 制机制是构成并维持女性老年残疾人弱势社会地位的主要原因。IV 关键词: 老年残疾人;基本状况;社会性别VAbstract The interest in the aspect of the disabled people in the academic field has been growing rapidly since the Second National Investigation on the Disabled.
