沥青路面预防性养护时机的确定方法研究 摘要:沥青路面预防性养护效益分析是路面预养护技术的核心,是比选预养护方案和确定实施时机的前提,同时路面预防性养护对维持良好的路面性能也具有重要的意义。预防性养护的成功与否及其效益与进行预防性养护的时机密切相关,本文结合我国公路养护技术水平,从预防性养护的作用出发,针对沥青路面早期损坏的特点,应用寿命周期费用法来确定沥青路面养护的最佳时机,对沥青路面采取稀浆封层技术后,采用预养护效益分析中的效益面积、效益基线、效益面积增量等指标进行计算,最后通过比较效果费用比值得出:当路面寿命为四年时采取预防性养护措施的效果费用比最大,此时也为采取稀浆封层作为预防性养护措施的最佳养护时机,因此应在第四年采用稀浆封层措施对路面进行养护处理。 Abstract:Asphalt pavement preventive maintenance benefit analysis is the core of the pavement pre-conservation technology, is the premise of Comparing and selecting pre-conservation plan and determining Implementation time, simultaneously pavement preventive maintenance is also of great significance on pavement performance. This paper, Combining the level of highway maintenance techniques, starting from the role of preventive maintenance, Against for asphalt pavement damage characteristics, applying life-cycle cost method to determine the best time of asphalt pavement maintenance, utilizing the technology that slurry seal to the asphalt pavement, using the Effective area, the baseline efficiency, theIncremental of Effective area of preventive maintenance benefit analysis and other indicators to calculate the incremental area, the final Conclusion by comparing the effect fees Ratio: When the road life is four years, the effect fees Ratio of preventive conservation measures is maximum, this time also is the best time for taking slurry seal to asphalt pavement as preventive maintenance measures, so we should take slurry seal to asphalt pavement as the measures to deal with the pavement in the fourth year. 关键词:沥青路面;预防性养护;养护时机;寿命周期 Keyword: Asphalt Pavement Preventive Maintenance Maintenance Time Life Cycle 0 引言 路面预防性养护对维持良好的路面性能具有重要的意义。为改善路面使用性能,延长路面使用寿命,延迟昂贵的路面大修和重建,预防性养护起到了重要的作用。目前,国内外对预防性养护时机进行了多方面的研究,提出了一些较实用的确定方法,主要有:基于路况(PCI)或时间的方法、行驶质量指数和破坏指数法、决策树法、排序法、效益费用评估法、生命周期评估法和基于老化的方法等。由于路面使用性能的影响因素多,各指标之间存在内在联系,而且之间的相互关系复杂
