无创正压通气治疗对COPD稳定期患者CRP血气分析及生活质量影响临床研究   【摘要】 目的:观察无创正压通气治疗对COPD稳定期患者生活?|量、血气分析及CRP的影响。方法:将32例确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予无创呼吸机辅助通气,分别于治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月,观察患者血气分析及CRP的变化,并通过CAT评分、6 min步行试验评价患者的生活质量。结果:无创正压通气治疗对COPD稳定期患者的血气分析无显著影响,但治疗组患者的生活质量与CRP较对照组均改善,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:无创正压通气治疗能较好改善COPD稳定期患者的生活质量,可降低其CRP值,值得临床推广。   【关键词】 无创正压通气; COPD稳定期; CAT评分; 6 min步行试验; CRP   【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of COPD in stable stage patients quality of life,blood gas analysis and CRP effect.Method:Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group received routine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the control group was given noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation,respectively before treatment,treatment 1 month,treatment for 3 months,observed in patients with blood gas analysis and CRP changes,and CAT score,6 minutes walk test were evaluated.Result:Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) showed no effect,but the treatment group patients quality of life(QOL) and C-reactive protein(CRP) than those of the control group improved,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Non invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce CRP value,it is worth of clinical promotion.   【Key words】 Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation; Stable phase COPD; CAT score; 6 minute walk test; CRP   First-author’s address:Guangdong Medical University,Zhanjiang 524003,China   doi:10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.32.012   慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)是一种临床上常见的中老年疾病,主要以气流受限为特征,且呈进行性发展。COPD患病率、致残率逐年上升,死亡率已居全球疾病死亡率第四位[1]。使用无创机械通气(BiPAP)治疗,可改善通气,使呼吸肌得到休息,有利于呼吸肌疲劳的恢复。无创呼吸机通过呼气相压力支持,克
