子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后中西医结合治疗临床研究 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2013.23.50 　　摘 要 目的：研究子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术后联合米非司酮、丹莪妇康煎膏及针灸治疗的效果。方法：将132例患者随机分成结合组46例、中医组44例、西医组42例，然后行腹腔镜手术治疗，术后结合组予以米非司酮、丹莪妇康煎膏及针灸治疗；中医组予以丹莪妇康煎膏及针灸治疗；西医组予以米非司酮治疗。比较治疗后子宫内膜异位症疗效、复发率、不孕患者的受孕率及药物不良反应。所有患者随访3～12个月。结果：结合组有效率明显优于其他两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；3组复发率分别为2.17%、18.18%、16.67%，结合组明显低于其他两组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；结合组及中医组无不良反应发生，西医组恶心4例，肝酶轻度升高2例；结合组比其余两组术后妊娠率高（P0.05）。结论：腹腔镜术后中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症治疗效果好，复发率低，能明显提高患者妊娠率，减少不良反应。 　　关键词 子宫内膜异位症 腹腔镜 米非司酮 丹莪妇康煎膏 针灸 　　Abstract Objective：Research clinical effect of endometrisis after laparoscopic operation treated by Mifepristone Dane Fukang fried cream and Acupuncture.Methods：132 patients were randomly divided into combined group 46 patients Chinese medicine group 44 patients and Western medicine group 42 patients，then the laparoscopic operation treated.After operation，combined group were given Mifepristone，Dane Fukang fried cream and acupuncture；Chinese medicine group were given Dane Fukang fried cream and acupuncture treatment；western medicine group was given Mifepristone treatment.After treatment of endometriosis efficacy，recurrence rate，patients with infertility pregnancy rates and adverse drug reaction.All patients were followed up for 3-12 months.Results：Combining group was significantly better than the other two groups had significant difference （P0.05）；The recurrence rates of three group were：2.17%，18.18%，16.67%，combined with the group was significantly lower than the other two groups，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）；Combination group and Chinese group had no adverse drug reaction，4 cases of Western medicine group nausea，liver enzyme mildly increased in 2 cases；combination group than the other two groups of postoperative pregnancy rate（P0.05）.Conclution：Laparoscopic surgery of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of endometriosis has good treatment effect，low recurrence rate，can significantly improve the pregnancy rate of patients，reduce side
