物业公司规范、文明服务承诺
公司将积极履行《物业管理委托合同》所规定的权利和义务,努力为业主和客户提供良好的办公和商务经营环境,以优质、高效、规范、文明的服务取信于业主、服务于用户。为此,我们向全体用户公开办事制度和服务承诺:
一.大堂接待
制度:站立服务,礼貌应答;受理信报邮件,保证不出现差错;接待外来访客、办理登记手续;上下班高峰时段电梯厅维护秩序等。
二.电话接转服务
制度:铃响三声,必有应答,先报:”家门”,后说”请讲”,态度和气,语言亲切,记录完整,件件落实。
三.用户报修服务
制度:礼貌招呼,认真记录;接到报修急修15分钟内到现场,零修30分钟内到达现场。修理完毕,清理现场;用户验收,签字为据;服务不满意,欢迎投诉。
四.业务接待
制度:热情主动、办事公道,礼貌接待、按章办事,手续齐全、限时办理,政策不符、讲清道理,来信、来访及时处理。
五.用户投诉
制度:热情受理,妥善处理,回访用户,满意为止。
六.重要事项通知、提醒服务
制度:停水、停电、防汛防台风、节假日安全、防火、防盗重大业务活动,均事先书面通报告知用户。
七.委托代办服务
制度:热情受理用户委托修理、清洁、文印、电话、挑线等委托代办服务,明码标价、优质服务、合理收费。
