印染废水污水厂设计 摘 要 印染工业生产过程中会产生大量的工业废水。印染的成分很复杂,是一种含有有机物、色度、SS等的高浓度难降解的工业废水。由于印染废水的产生量大,难降解,因此解决好印染废水的处理问题势在必行。 本论文首先分析了印染废水的来源及生化特性,然后提出了一系列的处理方案,这些方案都是国内外比较成熟的处理方式。本论文索定两种比较典型的活性污泥处理方案:氧化沟法和生物接触氧化法。本工艺的特点:水解酸化池预处理,提高废水的可生化性以及降低废水中的有机物。通过一系列的预处理,废水的可生化性大大提高,有利于后续处理工艺的进行。主体处理部分,生物接触氧化法,进一步处理水中COD、BOD,提高出水水质,最终出水水质达到COD=60mg/L,BOD=28mg/L,SS=65mg/L,色度35倍,pH=6.5。全厂预计工程投资约475.35万元,运行成本约2.06元/m3。 在本次的设计过程中,对印染废水的处理有了一定新的认识,在论文的最后,提出了问题和个人理解。 关键词: 水解酸化;印染废水;生物接触氧化池 Abstract Dyeing industrial production process will produce a large number of industrial wastewater. Dyeing composition is very complex, containing an organic matter, color, SS, etc. refractory high concentration of industrial wastewater. As the generation of large amount of printing and dyeing wastewater, degradable, so solve the problem of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment is imperative. This paper first analyzes the source of printing and dyeing wastewater and biochemical characteristics, and then made a series of treatment programs that are more mature approach at home and abroad. In this thesis, two kinds of typical cable fixed activated sludge treatment scheme: oxidation ditch and biological contact oxidation. The process is characterized by: pre-acidification tank hydrolysis to improve the biodegradability of wastewater and reduce the wastewater organic matter. Through a series of pretreatment, biodegradability greatly improved, is conducive to the conduct of follow-up treatment process. The main processing section, biological contact oxidation, further processing in the water COD, BOD, improve water quality, water quality final effluent COD = 60mg/L, BOD = 28mg/L, SS = 65mg/L, color 35 times, pH = 6.5 . The whole plant is expected to project investment of about 4.7535 million yuan, running cost of about 2.06 yuan / m3.
