随着知识经济的到来,竞争日趋紧张激烈,市场需求越来越多样化。建设良好的企业团队精神已经成为企业团队建设和团队管理的重要环节。团队精神是个人和企业成功的精神之一,它对于个人和企业的发展和成长都起着不可估量的作用。团队精神是一个企业的精神支柱,它在一定程度上决定了企业的前途。所以企业和员工必须意识到团队精神的重要性和必要性,培养良好的企业团队精神。目前我国企业团队精神建设主要存在三个问题:员工的团队精神观念淡薄、团队成员间的不良竞争、缺乏有效地交流与沟通。分析其原因主要有:个人主义倾向严重、企业管理理念不科学、社会不良风气的影响。对于企业团队精神建设存在的问题,企业应培养员工良好的团队精神意识、引入良性的市场竞争机制、进行全方位的交流与沟通。通过对存在的问题提出相应的对策,从而有利于企业建设良好的团队精神。

Abstract
With the coming of knowledge economy, competition is increasingly intense, market demand increasingly diversification. Building a good corporate team spirit has become the corporate team building and team management. Team spirit is the spirit of personal and business success, it is for individuals and enterprises development and growth will play an inestimable role. Team spirit is one of the spiritual prop of the enterprise, it is to a certain extent determines the enterprise’s future. So the enterprise and the staff must be aware of the importance of team spirit and necessity, cultivate good enterprise team spirit. At the present our country enterprise team spirit building there are three main problems: the staff of team spirit, sense of team members bad competition, lack of effective communication. Analysis of the main reasons: serious inclination of individualism, the concept of enterprise management science, bad influence of the society. The group spirit of enterprise to build the problems of existence the enterprise should cultivate good team spirit, the introduction of healthy market competition mechanism, all-round exchanges and communication. Based on the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, so as to facilitate the enterprise to build good team spirit.
