河南理工大学 本科生毕业论文(设计) 浅析中小企业融资困难问题—以ZZLF公司为例 院系名称 会计学系 姓 名 xxxx 学　　号 专　　业 指导教师 年月日摘 要 改革开放以来，我国的中小企业呈现迅猛发展的态势，在国民经济中所占的地位也越来越突出，充当经济增长引擎、创造就业机会、活跃市场及优化调整产业结构等作用，是建设我国特色社会主义不可或缺的重要力量。然而，目前我国中小企业的发展依然存在着许多问题，遭遇到发展的瓶颈，尤为突出的就是中小企业融资难的困境，严重制约着中小企业的发展与壮大，从而也影响到我国经济的可持续发展。拓宽融资渠道，解决好中小企业的融资问题，才能更好的促进中小企业的发展，推动社会主义和谐社会的构建进程。基于此，本文结合ZZLF公司的具体情况，分析探究当前我国中小企业的融资问题，从企业的内外部分析问题存在的原因，并在论述的基础上，提出一些合理化的建议，以期能够在中小企业融资问题上有所帮助。 关键词：中小企业；融资；解决对策 Abstract With the help of reform and opening up policies, small and medium-sized enterprises in China have been booming. They are爌laying an increasingly important role in national economy. They act as the engine of economic growth; they create jobs, enliven the market an中d optimize industrial structure. So the small and medium-sized enterprises play an integral part in燬ocialism with Chinese characteristics.燞owever, at present the development of small and medium-sized enterprises still have many problems, encoun中小ter in the development of the bottleneck, especially in financing difficulties. This phenomenon has seriously restricted the development and expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises, and thus affects the sustainable development of the economy in our country. If we want to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and build a harmonious socialist society, we have to broaden the financing channels. Based on this,?this paper?takes an example of ZZLF Company. By analyzing?the financing problem and the causes of?small and medium enterprises in China, this paper?puts forward some reasonable suggestions,?hoping to?be helpful?in solving the financing problems of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
