毕业论文 （20_ _届） 中小企业融资问题的研究 摘 要 随着全球性金融危机的不断蔓延，我国中小企业的发展面临着前所未有的挑战。虽说中小企业是推动我国国民经济平稳快速发展，促进社会和谐不可或缺的重要力量，但是，融资难的问题一直困扰着广大中小企业，而且至今也没有得到根本解决。特别是在金融危机的影响下，融资难的问题显得格外突出，并且已成为遏制我国中小企业发展的“瓶颈”。因此，对国内外中小企业融资现状和中小企业融资存在的问题展开研究，并根据当前我国政府出台的一系列扶持政策，尝试性地找出一些对策具有重要的现实意义。 本文立足我国中小企业融资存在的问题，提倡采用多种有效措施加以解决，特别是要利用国家出台的一系列扶持中小企业的优惠政策，以使我国中小企业真正摆脱融资困境。 关键词：中小企业；融资；国家政策 Abstract With the spreading of the global financial crisis, the development of SMEs in China is facing unprecedented challenges. Although the SME is an important force in promoting stable and rapid development of China’s national economy and social harmony. But, the problem of financing difficulties has been troubled by a large number of SMEs, and has not been fundamentally resolved until now. Especially under the influence of the financial crisis, the problem of financing difficulties is especially pronounced, and has become the bottleneck of SMEs development in China. Therefore, studying financing present situation of the domestic and foreign SMEs and financing problem, and according to a series of support policy which our government appears currently, it has important practical significance for trying to find some countermeasures. This article based on the financing problems of SMEs in China, advocating to use a number of effective measures to solve, specially making use of a series of preferential policies which our government appears to support SMEs, in order to truly get rid of the financing difficulties of SMEs in China.
