Developing through these several years TPL began to hold the scale already in China and showed the tendency of continuous development. but As the development direction of modern logistics industry ,the third –party logistics start lately in our country, it lags behind the developed countries in theoretic also practices，band exist a lot of problems in its development. The third party logistics of China possess much smaller share in whole logistics market，The service range of third Party logistics in China is mainly basic logistics service like transport ware house etc. Other service of added value is still in the stage of development and perfection. but the annual increase rate is relatively higher the potential of market is great. Therefore we must adapt to the development trend of logistics markets，consider china’s present situation，make full use of the e-commerce and information technology to develop the logistics industry and improve the china’s economy strength. The third party logistics enterprises of our country should make a correct assessment of situation，using there source advantage，reasonably fix m
