Be applied to production plan arrangement and control. 3. 职责 Responsibilities 3.1. 销售部负责提供《销售任务单》。 Sales department is responsible for providing sales task notice. 3.2. 计划物流部:计划负责生产计划的制订并监督生产部的具体实施;仓库负责提供材料、 半成品、成品库存情况。 The PMC: be responsible for production plan making and monitoring production department’s implementation; the warehouse will provide the stocks of the material, semi-finished products and final products. 3.3.工程部负责制作 BOM、生产作业指导书等生产所需要的技术资料。 Engineering department is responsible for making production needed technical documents include BOM, SOP. 3.4.工程部负责根据计划物流部《生产任务单》(工程)进行相应的生产任务执行。 Engineering department is responsible for implementing production task according to the production task notice(engineering). 3.5. 生产部负责根据计划物流部《生产任务单》（生产）实施生产计划，在规定时间内按 质、按量完成任务。 Production department is responsible for implementing production plan according to production task notice (production and complete the task in good quality within designated time. 4. 定义 Definition 订单生产模式 order production mode 存货式生产:指销售依市场情形评估客户需求,以内部联络单方式提出政策性备料 安排生产成库存; Stock production mode: According to the market trend to evaluate the requirements of the customers, the sale department asks the related departments to prepare the materials and arrange the production for stock by internal contact list. 接单式生产:指销售依客户正式订单,下达内部销售任务单》进行备料生产 Order Production mode: sales depa
