The paper is structured in three parts: materials that are suitable for pyrography, pyrography apparatus and working heads. The focus is put on the wood pyrography. Also the paper is a synthesis of the methods and woodworking tools for burning out. It also presents the main advantages and the main disadvantages for each material, tool and head work.
