摘要 经济全球化、技术进步以及WTO带来的互动的经营环境结成一种互动的网络，单纯的市场交易关系不得不和企业之间的层级关系、网络关系交织在一起，经济全球化无形中将企业拉在彼此互动的一个经营平面上，而技术进步又使得企业之间竞争优势的可持续变得更加困难。在这样的竞争环境中，具有竞争所需一切资源的企业很少，企业合作战略创造企业价值的重要性逐步体现出来。企业间的合作不断增加，合作的范围越来越广泛，其形式越来越多样，合资、购并、联合、战略联盟等等方式在全球企业中掀起一阵又一阵热潮。“战略合作”作为企业重大的发展战略选择开始被理论界和实践界得以运用和研究。中国加入WTO以后，国际化战略作为一种较为成熟的战略类型，成为中国企业走出去寻求自身发展的必然选择，如何实现国际化在理论中和实践中同样在进行着摸索和探讨。战略合作特别是对外合作成为了中国企业实现国际化的重要手段。本文的主题是中国企业国际化与战略合作问题研究。本文希望通过对中国企业国际化和战略合作两个问题的研究，推动我国企业国际化的进程，为中国企业国际化提供更多更有效的途径。 本文通过对企业国际化理论的评价和对企业国际化内涵的理解，对我国企业国际化现状进行了分析，在看到成绩的同时，也指出了我国企业目前国际化的不足和主要问题，最后，对如何推进我国企业在国际化发展提出了方法和建议。 关键字：国际化；财政扶持；技术创新 Abstract As Economic globalization and technological progress and the interaction of the WTO brings the operation environment form an interactive network, the pure market trading relationship between enterprises and have to hierarchy, network relationship intertwined, economic globalization will pull in each other intangible enterprise interactive operation on the plane, technological progress The cooperation between enterprises continuously increased, the scope of cooperation is more and more extensive, its form is more and more diverse, joint venture, merger, joint, strategic alliance, and so on in the way of global enterprise lifts a and again a boom.
