题目：XXXXX施工图预算的编制 作 者 李欣 指导教师 李伟腾 摘要 今社会飞速发展，伴随着发展而应运而生的就是各行各业的蓬勃向上。房地产业作为我国的十大支柱产业之一，对发展经济起着重要的作用。施工图预算作为整个建设项目中不可缺少的部分之一，在整个过程中起到了巨大的作用。本设计是依据施工图纸，按照施工图预算书编制的程序，遵循工程量计算规则，以施工图纸、《工程量清单项目计量规范》(2013-山东)、《山东省建筑工程消耗量定额》（2006基价），地区材料价格等为编制依据，运用广联达软件，编制出来的一套工程预算书。在编制过程中，遵循计算规则，手算了土建工程和装饰工程的工程量。最后对设计结果进行了整理、总结，并与类似工程进行了造价的比较、分析，由此达到毕业设计的目的。 关键词：施工图预算;工程量;造价指标 Title：The preparation of construction drawing budget of Al Katia·Fu Yuan in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province Candidate Supervisor Abstract The rapid development of modern society, with the development and emerge as the times require is all walks of life.
