摘 要
随着现代社会经济的迅猛发展,对交通运输的需求也快速增长,因此城市交通问题的深入研究具有非常重要的意义。在现代社会中,智能交通的研究被提到很重要的位置,利用计算机视觉技术实现交通状态检测与信息的采集,是智能交通系统领域中的一个重要的研究课题。运动车辆的有效检测和精确跟踪是现代智能交通研究的核心部分,这已成为智能交通领域的重点研究方向。
本文主要分析在静态背景的情况下运动车辆的检测跟踪技术,研究内容主要包括:
(1)运动车辆的检测技术
本文主要介绍了运动目标检测的几种方法:背景差分法、帧差法、光流法并且分析其优点和缺点,最终决定使用背景差分法。
运动车辆跟的踪技术
本文针对二值图像,利用连通区域标记方法实现对运动车辆的分割;介绍了几种目标提取的方法,本文跟踪技术使用质心法,实验证明这种方法可以很好的跟踪运动车辆。

ABSTRACT
The rapid development of modern social economy,demand for transportation of rapid growth.Therefore,the in-depth study of urban traffic problems has very important significance.Among them, the research of intelligent transportation is mentioned a very important position,moving vehicle detection and accurate tracking is the core part of modern intelligent transportation research and use computer vision technology of traffic state detection and information collection as in the field of intelligent transportation system in a important research topic,the most fundamental is the moving vehicle detection and tracking,which has become the key research direction in many countries.In this paper, we mainly discuss in background moving vehicle detection Measurement and tracking technology.
(1) The detection technology of moving vehicles
This paper mainly introduces several methods of moving target detection: background subtraction,frame difference method, optical flow method and its advantages and disadvantages,and finally decided to use the background subtraction method.
(2) Moving vehicle tracking technology
The for the binary image, the connected region labeling method to achieve the segmentation of moving vehicles;several target extraction method is introduced,the tracking technique using the centroid method.The experimental results show that this method can track moving vehicle.
