孕三烯酮联合宫瘤清胶囊对提高卵巢囊肿超声介入治疗临床疗效研究 　　摘 要：目的 探讨卵巢囊肿患者应用孕三烯酮与宫瘤清胶囊联合治疗对提高超声介入的临床疗效影响。方法 选取2016年10月～2017年10月于我院治疗的72例卵巢囊肿患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组36例。两组均行超声介入治疗，对照组术后口服孕三烯酮胶囊，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服宫瘤清胶囊。对比两组的临床疗效及治疗前后的激素水平。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率（97.22%）明显高于对照组（80.56%），差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组治疗后的LH、FSH、E2雌激素水平明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 卵巢囊肿患者应用孕三烯酮与宫瘤清胶囊联合治疗，明显提高了超声介入治疗的疗效，有效降低了患者激素水平，值得临床推广。 　　关键词：卵巢囊肿；孕三烯酮；宫瘤清胶囊；超声介入 　　中图分类号：R713.6 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.04.049 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）04-0136-03 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of combination of pregnenone and Gongliuqing capsule on ultrasound intervention in patients with ovarian cyst.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017，72 patients with ovarian cyst were treated in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into observation group （n=36） and control group （n=36）.The two groups were all treated by ultrasound interventional therapy.The control group was given gestrinone capsules after operation.The observation group was additionally given the Gongliuqing capsule on the basis of the control groups treatment.The clinical efficacy and hormone level before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of ovarian cyst patients in the observation group was （97.22%）.It was significantly higher than that of control group（80.56%），the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The levels of LH，FSH and E2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of pregnenone and Gongyuqing capsule in patients with ovarian cyst can obviously improve the curative effect of ultrasound interventional therapy.It can effectively reduce the hormone level of patients，and it is worth popularizing in clinic. 　　Key words：Ovarian cyst；Gestation three ketone；Gongliuqing capsule；Ultrasound intervention 　　卵巢囊?[（ovarian cyst）是一种常见的妇科良性肿瘤，主要的临床症状有腹痛、月经紊乱、腹胀等。超声介入治疗是一种新型的卵巢囊肿治疗手段，该方
