第25卷  第3期 材  料  科  学  与  工  艺 Vol25 No3     20 17年6月 MATERIALS SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY Jun. 2017             j.issn - DOI:10.11951/ .1005 0299 粉煤灰铸造涂料的性能及优化工艺的研究 华建社,杜金星,杨浩秦,张  娇,张  焱,陈佳宜 (西安建筑科技大学 冶金工程学院,西安710055) 摘  要:为了研究不同搅拌叶片对铸造涂料的悬浮性及涂层的表面质量的影响规律,本文通过正交实验得到了铸造涂 料的合适配方,并在合适配方的基础上,对涂料的机械搅拌过程进行了模拟.结果表明,粉煤灰铸造涂料助剂的合适配比 为:酚醛树脂3.0%,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)0.4%,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)1.0%,乙基纤维素(EC)0.9%,可再分散乳胶粉 0.6%,通过对已优化配方的搅拌过程研究,发现双螺带叶片比六直叶叶片的搅拌效果好,釜内湍动能比较大,粉料和助剂 之间混合效果较好,在涂料中加入此助剂,搅拌过程采用双螺带叶片,涂料各项性能最优. 关键词:正交试验;铸造涂料;搅拌;悬浮性;粘结性 - - - 中图分类号:TQ630.6 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1005 0299(2017)03 0077 08 The performance and optimization process of fly ash casting coating HUA Jianshe,DUJinxing,YANG Haoqin,ZHANGJiao,ZHANG Yan,CHENJiayi (School of Metallurgical Engineering,Xi′an University of Architecture and Technology,Xi′an710055,China) Abstract:In this paper,the proper formula of casting coating is obtained by orthogonal experiment,and the mechanical stirringprocessofthecoatingissimulatedonthebasisofproperformula.Theinfluenceof different mixing bladesonthe suspensionpropertiesand surface quality of casting coatingswasinvestigated.Theresults show that reasonable additives proportion of casting coating is Phenolic Resin 3%, Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)0.4%, Polyvinyl butyral(PVB)1.0%, Ehtyl cellulose(EC)0.9%, Dispersible polymer powder 0.6%.
