摘 要
近年来,随着日益增强的竞争氛围和知识经济时代的兴起,全球企业界对人力资源管理越来越关注,因此人力资源也从传统的人事管理中蜕变,走向以评估考核为基础的能力主义管理路线。绩效考核作为一种有效的企业管理手段,是改善企业效益的重要途径之一。在评价与激励员工,增强企业活力和竞争力,促进企业发展和提高企业市场地位等,发挥着至关重要的作用,是企业人在力资源管理方面的核心。
本文针对新华人寿保险股份有限公司宁夏分公司员工绩效考核现状做了分析,并对其中存在的问题进行研究,针对性地提出了解决策略,从而完善新华人寿保险股份有限公司宁夏分公司员工绩效考核体系。

Astract
In these years,with an air of growing competiton,and following the rise of the knowledge economy times,global enterprise business have paid more attention to the HR.Thus,HR has been compeletely changed from the traditional Personal management to the oter with the management route that evaluation and appraisal are basic ability. And Performance appraisal ,as an effective method to manage enterprises,is one of the most important ways to improve the benefit of enterprises.Besides,it makes a crtical impact on evluation and ecouragement of stuff, the strengthening of energy and competitiveness ,the promotion in developement,and improvement of marketing status,etc..,which is also the core of HR .
This article makes analysis to the present situations of the Performance appraisal of the branch in Ningxia of Xinhua life insurance Co.,LTD and makes a deep research to problems existing inside,and comes up with solution in order in make its Performance appraisal system perfect.
