共 28 页 第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 10 页 摘要 本文基于可编程序控制器PLC和组态软件设计自动配料系统的控制系统和监控系统。运用与之相配的STEP7编程，通过梯形图编程语言编制了下机位的控制程序，从而使该配料系统可以按要求完成自动配料，装配全过程。 本文的主要内容包括对生产过程控制系统发展和现状的概述、配料系统工作原理和配料控制系统的总体设计，重点描述了包括S7—200编程及MCGS嵌入式组态软件设计在内的西门子PLC在配料系统中应用的一些细节及其在上位机监控系统中一些基本设计，以及PLC与上位机之间的通讯。 关键词：PLC，配料控制，MCGS嵌入式组态设计，系统通讯 Abstract This paper based on programmable logic controller (PLC and configuration software design automatic batching system control system and monitoring system. Using the matching STEP7 programming, through the ladder-diagram programming language under the seat of the control procedures to make this burden system could be asked to complete automatic batching, assembly process. The main content of this article including production process control system development and current situation of the overview, mixing system working principle and ingredients of the overall design control system, the authors describe the including S7-200 programming and MCGS configuration software design, embedded in the Siemens PLC ingredients of the application of some details of the system and the PC monitoring system in some basic design, and PLC and the upper machine of the communication.
