: 设计了一个骨料粉料配料系统, 系统采用DCS 结构, 动态移动配料称量车, 计量精度较
高, 定位准确对带有公共料仓的双通道取料控制, 建立了一个基于计数器的控制模型, 较好地解
决了公共料仓的取料冲突及称量车的等待问题, 采用循环优先级使整 个系统的设备利用率较高, 整
个设计 根据生产工艺要求在较宽的范围内调整

Abstract: This paper presents the design of a aggregate and powder burdening s stem. T he s stem adopts the advanced DCS
st ruct ure and dist ributes the function reasonabl . The mobile burdening w eighing scale vehicles have high measurement preci
sion and positional accurac . For the cont rol of dualchannel charging w ith the public material bin, a counterbased control
model, w hich can solve t he problems of public bin charging and weighing scale vehicles wait ing is established. The rotat ing pri
orit enhances t he equipment utilization rate and the im plementation can be adjust ed in a certain range according to t he require
ment of production technolog .
