基于PLC的工业自动清洗控制系统的设计与实现 摘 要 随着我国经济及科学技术的发展,与息息相关的对生产线提出了更高的要求。传统的清洗方法是。基于PLC的自动清洗其主要功能是为被清洗的工艺设备提供具有合适的温度、流量、压力及浓度的清洗液,并对清洗液回收。本项目采用PLC实现对清洗系统的自动控制,使清洗操作安全、方便、高效。 基于PLC的清洗控制系统根据工艺要求的控制内容选用了施耐德公司的TWDLCAA40DRF系统。使用TwidoSoft编程软件对系统硬件进行配置和参数设置最终较好地,达到了工艺要求提高了线自动化程度 ABSTRACT? This project uses PLC to realize to cleans systems automatic control, causes the industry clean operational safety, to be convenient, to be highly effective. Has selected Shinaide based on the PLC industry self-cleaning control system according to technological requirements control content companys TWDLCAA40DRF system. Used the TwidoSoft programming software to carry on the disposition and the parameter establishment for the system hardware has realized well finally for the cleaning liquid quota input and the cleaning liquid recycling, has achieved the technological requirement, enhanced the industry clean line automaticity.
