第 26卷 　第 2 期 江 　　西 　　科 　　学 Vo l. 26 No. 2 2008年 4 月 J IAN GX I　SC IEN CE Ap r. 2008 　　文章编号 : 100 1 - 3679 (2008) 02 - 0256 - 07 铝土矿预脱硅研究进展 孙德四 ,钟婵鹃 , 肖国光 (九江学院应用化学研究所 ,江西 　九江 332005) 摘要 : 目前铝土矿预脱硅的主要方法有化学方法 、生物方法和物理方法 。化学方法主要是使铝土矿中的铝硅 酸盐矿物在高温条件下发生脱羟基反应 。化学选矿脱硅脱除的是非晶态的 SiO2 ,而矿石中原来存在的 a - SiO2 是不会脱除的。生物方法是指利用硅酸盐细菌能够溶解铝硅酸盐矿物的特性 ,将铝土矿中的硅脱除 ,文 中也阐述了作者近几年在这方面取得的成果 ,表明生物脱硅有其独特的优势和 良好的发展前景 ,是其它方法 不能比拟的。物理方法有正浮选和反浮选 2种 ,利用高选择性阳离子捕收剂浮选脱硅是当今选矿工作者研究 的主要方向。阳离子捕收剂是根据矿物粉碎难易程度的不同 , 以及铝硅酸盐矿物颗粒与铝土矿颗粒可浮性的 差异 ,有选择性地将铝硅酸盐矿物从铝土矿中分离除去 。同时对各种方法的优缺点进行了分析比较 。 关键词 :铝土矿 ;预脱硅 ;化学方法 ;生物方法 ;物理方法 ;正浮选 ;反浮选 中图分类号 : TD91; TF82 1　　　　文献标识码 : A Rev iew of S ilicon Pre - relea se from Baux ites SUN D esi, ZHON G Chanjuan , X IAO Guoguang ( In stitute of App lication Chem istry, J iuj iang U n iversity, J iangxi J iuj iang 332005 PRC) A b stract: Th is p ap er reviewed m ain m ean s of silicon p re - relea se from bauxite s wh ich invo lved chem ical m ethod s, b io logical ways and p hysical m ethod s.
