90后大学生人格特质和创业意向的关系研究——以自我认同感为调节变量的开题报告
摘要
本文旨在探讨90后大学生的人格特质(外向/内向、神经质、开放性、宜人性、尽责性)与创业意向之间的关系,并探究自我认同感在两者之间的调节作用。为实现以上目标,采用问卷调查的方法,以大学生为研究对象,使用SPSS对数据进行分析。研究发现,与创业者相比,学生的人格特质表现出明显的差异,学生具有更高的外向性、开放性、宜人性和尽责性,而神经质较低。此外,人格特质与创业意向之间存在显著的关系,除了神经质之外,其他四个特质都与创业意向呈正相关。最后,自我认同感在外向性、宜人性和尽责性与创业意向之间起到了部分调节作用。

Abstract
Thispaperaimstoinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenpersonalitytraits(extraversion/introversion,neuroticism,openness,agreeableness,andconscientiousness)andentrepreneurialintentionsamong90scollegestudents,andexplorethemoderatingeffectofself-identityontherelationshipbetweenpersonalitytraitsandentrepreneurialintentions.Toachievethesegoals,aquestionnairesurveywasconductedamongcollegestudents,andSPSSwasusedtoanalyzethedata.Theresultsshowedthatthereweresignificantdifferencesinpersonalitytraitsbetweenstudentsandentrepreneurs.Studentsexhibitedhigherlevelsofextraversion,openness,agreeableness,andconscientiousness,andlowerlevelsofneuroticism.Inaddition,therewasasignificantrelationshipbetweenpersonalitytraitsandentrepreneurialintentions,exceptforneuroticism,allfourtraitswerepositivelycorrelatedwithentrepreneurialintentions.Finally,self-identityplayedapartialmoderatingroleintherelationshipbetweenextraversion,agreeableness,conscientiousnessandentrepreneurialintentions.
