学兔兔 机械制造文摘——焊接分册 焊接现场 结晶器铜板超音速火焰喷涂工艺参数 对涂层结合强度的影响 张颖 。王国星 (1.哈尔滨大电机研究所,黑龙江哈尔滨150040;2.黑龙江工程学院材料与化学工程学院,黑龙江哈尔滨150050) 摘要:文中采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)在结晶器铜板表面喷涂了CoNiCrA1Y涂层,研究了喷涂主要工艺参数对涂层结 合强度的影响。结果表明:涂层的结合强度随着燃油流量的增大而显著增大,随着氧气流量与喷涂距离的增加结合强度 均出现先增加后下降趋势,喷砂后较未喷砂结合强度大大提高。选择合适的粉末形状与粒径对于获得高质量的涂层较为 重要。 关键词:超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF);CoNiCrA1Y涂层;工艺参数;结合强度 中图分类号:TG 147.44 Influence of process parameters on adhesive strength of the coatings on mold copper substrate by HVOF spray Zhang Ying ,Wang Guoxing (1.Harbin Institute of Large Electrical Machinery,Harbin 1 50040,China;2.Department of Materials and Chemistry Engineering,Heilongjiang Institute of Technology,Harbin 1 50050,China)) Abstract:The CoNiCrA1Y coatings were deposited on mould substrate(CrZrCu)by high velocity oxy—fuel spray(HVOF) process.It has studied the influence of process parameters on adhesive strength of the coatings.The results show that adhesive strength of the coatings markedly increases with the increase of fuel flow,adhesive strength increases at first and then descends with the increase of oxygen flow and spraying distance,and that adhesive strength enormously increases after sandblasting.It is more im— portant to obtain high quality coating through selecting appropriate powder shape and particle size.
