PAGE I 毕业设计(论文)说明书 题 目： 学生公寓管理系统 系 别： 信息工程系 专 业： 计算机科学与技术 学生姓名： XX 学 号： XX 指导教师： XX 职 称： XX 题目类型： 理论研究 实验研究 工程设计 工程技术研究 软件开发 2010 年 6 月 1 日 PAGE I 摘 要 高校学生公寓管理如同其它管理一样，正面临着一个极其重要的变革，其重要的标志之一就是计算机的应用在各个方面的不断深化，以及由此带来的工作方式、管理效率及相关方面的变化。因此，高校学生公寓管理应用计算机势在必行，且实践证明行之有效。学生公寓管理的好与坏，将直接影响大学生的成长进步，对我国高校逐步实现现代化管理具有一定的战略意义。 本系统建以实用性为主要目的，应用方便，菜单驱动，适用性强。程序采用Visual C++为开发工具MFC设计，SQL2000为后台数据库，采用ADO数据库连接方式，把界面设计分成三栏，以视图切换的方式来按实现各个功能的之间的切换，方便实用，部分功能模块还具有高级查询的功能，能精确地具体的统计出学校公寓中很多需要统计的数据记录，如查找混合宿舍等，切实满足学生公寓管理工作的要求，为公寓工作人员提供很大的方便。 因为本系统中涉及到一些公寓实际管理中的一些数据是需要嵌入式和硬件相关的记录信息，如刷卡记录，水电记录等数据，需要跟相关人员沟通好，还有学生信息方面没有与相应人的照片相绑定，这些是以后有待完善和升级的方向。 关键字 ：学生公寓；计算机；管理；功能 Abstract College student the same as other management, is facing a very important change, its important symbol of the application of computers in all aspects of the deepening, and the resulting work, management efficiency and related aspects change.
