摘 要
现今国内外苯酚生产方法主要有异丙苯氧化法和甲苯氧化法,其中异丙苯氧化法生产能力约占世界苯酚总产能的90%以上。甲苯氧化法是甲苯在钴盐催化剂的作用下,用空气氧化生成苯甲酸,然后在铜催化剂的作用下苯甲酸再与空气和水蒸汽作用转化为苯酚和二氧化碳。无论哪种方法,伴随中间副反应的发生,将会生成不同的杂质,如α-甲基苯乙烯、2-甲基苯并呋喃、2,4-二苯基-4-甲基戊烯等有机杂质,严重影响了苯酚的纯度。本课题主要是研究树脂对2-甲基苯并呋喃的吸附机理及其分析方法,用漂莱特CT151干基树脂对工业粗苯酚进行吸附,通过改变吸附时间、流速、温度、树脂用量等一些条件,找出此种树脂对2-甲基苯并呋喃吸附的最佳条件。

Abstract
Current domestic production of benzene polyphenol way mainly cumene oxidation toluene oxidation.Of all the ways,isopropyl oxidation has more than 90% of the total production of the benzene.Toluene oxidation is that toluene is oxidated benzoic acid by using the help of cobalt salts of the catalyst.Then generates phenol and carbon dioxide in the air and water vapor by the help of copper catalyst .But all of the cases accompanied some side reaction,and produce different trash,as α-methylstyrene,2-methyl-benzofuran,2,4-phenyl-4-methyl-pentene and other organic impurities, which has seriously affecte to the purity of phenol.This topic mainly research on adsorption mechanism of resin for 2- methyl-benzofuran and its analytical method.Adsorpted industrial phenol use Purolite CT151 resin.By changing velocity, temperature, resin height and time, explore the best condition which Purolite CT151 resin adsorpts 2- methyl-benzofuran in phenol .
