摘 要
本论文采用种子乳液聚合方法及半连续乳液聚合方法,采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软硬单体组分,加入少量的自交联单体a-甲基丙烯酸(a- MAA),合成了聚丙烯酸酯乳液。探讨了软硬单体配比、乳化剂用量以及阴/非离子乳化剂配比、氨水用量、引发剂用量、pH值以及聚合工艺中反应温度、搅拌速度、反应时间等参数对纯丙乳液聚合稳定性、乳液性能及外观的影响,研制出最佳配方。结果表明,当w (乳化剂)=3%,w(引发剂)=0.5%,pH在7~8左右时,涂膜的吸水率达到 9.65%,钙离子稳定性均通过测试,纯丙乳液具有较好的综合性能。并对共聚物的结构和乳液的性能进行表征:纯丙乳液的红外光谱(FTIR)测试结果表明丙烯酸酯类单体之间发生了自由基共聚反应;纯丙乳液XRD测试及分析表明纯丙乳液成膜后为非晶态物质。各项测试表明纯丙乳液贮存稳定。

Abstract
The synthesis of pure acrylic emulsion was prepared by seeds latex polymerization and studied by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization, adopting methyl methacrylate(MMA)as soft components and butyl acylate (BA) as hard monomer components, and adding a little self-cross linking monomer of a-methacrylic acid(a-MAA).The effects of the ratio of soft and hard monomer , the ratio and the lever of emulsifiers, the lever of ammonia solution ,the lever of initiator ,pH value and polymerization temperature, stirring rate, reaction time and so on in the system on the stability of emulsion polymerization, properties and appearance of latex are discussed. Then the best formulas were made out. The results showed that when emulsion was 3%,initiatator was(0.35%),PH value was around 7~8,water absorbability reached 9.65%,the emulsion have excellent Ca2+ stability. The properties of pure acrylic emulsion and films are discussed. The analyzed results of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) show that the radical copolymerization has happened among the monomers; the analyzed results of X-Ray Diffractomer (XRD) show that the film of pure acrylic emulsion is amorphous material. All tests indicate the latexes have good stability.
