PAGE 毕业设计(论文)题目名称:汽车点火器金属件(2)冲压工艺工艺与模具设计The metal parts of auto Igniters (2)Stamping process and die designing院系名称: 材料与化工学院班 级: 材控102学 号: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 2014年 6 月 PAGE 摘 要本设计为一汽车点火器的冷冲压模具设计。根据所要设计零件的尺寸、材料、批量等要求,可分为以下步骤:首先分析零件的工艺性,确定拉深工艺方案及模具结构方案。然后通过一定的相关工艺设计计算,确定其工作尺寸、计算冲压力、间隙、初选压力机、计算凸、凹模刃口尺寸和公差。最后设计选用零、部件、绘制模具总装草图,以及对模具主要零件的加工工艺规程进行编制。在结构设计过程中,主要对凸模、凹模、压料圈、上模座、下模座、冲压设备、固定板等进行了设计,对于部分零部件,因为所选用的是标准件,就没深入设计。并且在结构设计的同时,对部分零部件进行了加工工艺分析,最终才完成这篇毕业设计论文。关键词:模具;拉深;凸模;凹模;凸凹模AbstractThe design for the Auto Igniters of a drawing of cold stamping die design, according to the size of the design components, materials, mass production, and so on.
