基于应变式传感器的扭矩检测系统设计摘 要近年来,随着科学技术的进步和测试技术的发展,对扭矩传感器提出了更高的要求。工程和实际中,许多情况下必须控制和知道扭矩的大小。本文是在对比多种传感器的基础上针对其他扭矩传感器的缺点,研制开发了一种结构简单,工作稳定的新型高精度应变式扭矩测量仪。本文对扭矩传感器的发展现状进行了分析,并明确了研究内容和工作步骤。在扭矩传感器主体的设计过程中,首先介绍了应变式扭矩传感器的测量原理,介绍了一种高精度智能控制扭矩测试仪的设计 ,描述了该仪器的主要机械结构、 电路结构和工作原理 ,给出了软件程序流程。采用高精度应变式传感器,数据采集分析技术设计小量程的静态及低转速动态扭矩。检测装置达到了预期设计目标要求,相对于其他检测方式精度高而且操作方便。关键词:应变式传感器 扭矩测量 电桥The design of torque measurement system based on strainAbstractRecently,with the development of test technology and the progress of science and technology,torque sensor is put forward higher requirement. The torque moment size must be controlled and known in engineering and practicality. This paper contraposing the shortcomings of other torque sensors a kind of strain gauge high-precision torque instrument is designed and developed, which has simple structure and high stability.
