毕业论文 （2010届） 我国商业银行信用卡业务风险管理研究 摘 要 作为一种非现金交易付款方式，信用卡在居民消费的支付过程中已占据了不可取代的特殊地位。然而，当信用卡的诸多功能满足了一部分使用者需求的同时，其“先消费，后还款”的特点决定了其高风险性的特质，由此而带来的一系列弊端严重影响了银行业的健康发展。因此，如何平衡信用卡业务收益和风险也成为了我国各大银行争相关注讨论的焦点。 本文坚持从实际出发，并辅以数据理论的严格论证，综合运用了总体评价法、比较分析法和案例分析法来研究中国建设银行信用卡风险管理。首先通过对信用卡风险的产生根源以及近阶段表现出的风险特征加以认识了解，再对中国建设银行信用卡风险管理现状进行实证研究，并在借鉴国际商业银行在信用卡风险监控上的先进模型和经验的基础上，对中国建设银行在信用卡业务存在的问题和不足提出可操作性较强的建议。 关键词Abstract As a method of non-cash transactions, credit card payment in consumer payment process has dominated the irreplaceable special status. However, when the various functions of the credit card satisfies the needs of a part group，its consume first, hind reimbursement characters determine its high risk trait, which generates a series of drawbacks which seriously affect the healthy development of the banking industry. Therefore, credit-card risk management has become the focus of banking regulatory. Meanwhile, how to balance the credit card business profit and risk has became the focus of debate which concerned actively by our each bank. This essay persisted from reality, supplemented by the strict demonstration of data theory,utilized comprehensively the methods of general assessment,contrastive analysis and marginal analysis to discuss the credit card risk management in China Construction Bank. Firstly, based on the understanding of the generation germ which caused credit-card risk and the different characteristics displayed in nearly stage. Secondly, it makes empirical analysis for China Construction Bank credit card business risk management status, and on the basis of referring to the advanced model and the experiences in the credit risk management of international commercial Banks to put forward some feasible suggestions for the problems and defects which existed in China Construction Bank credit card business risk management.
