石家庄学院毕业论文  PAGE - 0 - PAGE  毕业论文报告 名 称：县域土地利用动态变化及驱动机制研究——以三河市为例院 系：资源与环境科学学院专 业：资源环境与城乡规划管理班 级：2班姓 名：王鹏学 号：20100808063指导教师：李朝阳 2014年5月23日 石家庄学院毕业论文 Ⅲ PAGE 17 摘 要 土地利用动态变化的研究是目前全球生态环境变化研究领域的重要基础，也是也是控制人类行为的科学立法的依据。本文在广泛吸取国内外相关课题研究成果的基础上，通过野外调查，然后结合三河市土地利用数据库综合研究，以土地资源可持续利用为指导理念，结合三河市独特的地位特点与社会条件，主要采用定性和定量分析相结合的研究方法，研究了三河市2003-2013年土地利用的时间和空间变化情况。并通过对土地利用变化的驱动力的研究，分析人类在土地流转中的作用，揭示出三河市土地利用变化的规律，为其他卫星城的研究提供参考依据。 通过分析，得出如下研究结果： 1.三河市目前土地利用类型以耕地和建设用地为主，土地利用结构不断多样化，土地利用变化的区域差异明显。 2.2003-2013年间，耕地和未利用地面积不断减少，而其他土地使用面积逐渐增加，土地利用集中程度不断降低。 3.通过对土地利用的驱动力分析得出：经济因素、农业技术发展因素、产业结构调整因素、政策因素是三河市土地利用变化的主要驱动因素。 4.土地利用变化趋势预测表明：耕地、未利用土地和园地面积在今后一段时间内仍呈现减少的趋势，其中耕地和未利用地减少幅度仍为最大；林地、城镇村及工矿用地、交通用地仍呈增加状态，其中以林地的增加幅度最大；水域和草地的变化不大。 【关键词】土地利用 驱动机制 土地利用类型石家庄学院毕业论文 石家庄学院毕业论文 县域土地利用动态变化驱动机制研究—以三河市为例 Ⅱ ABSTRACT Land use change is an important foundation for global change research in the field of ecological environment , but also the control of human behavior is also based on science legislation. In this paper, draw extensively on domestic and foreign research results , based on field surveys and then combine Sanhe comprehensive study of land use databases to the sustainable use of land resources is the guiding philosophy , combining the characteristics of Sanhe unique status and social conditions, the main research methods using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis , the study of the temporal and spatial changes in Sanhe City, 2003-2013 land use.
