【摘要】目的:描述我国二级医院护理人力资源现状。方法:应用自行设计的问卷对我国内地30个省(自治区、直辖市)
948名二级医院护士长进行调查。结果:临床科室床护比为l:0.32,重症医学科床护比为1:1.99;护士年龄以20~30岁为主,
学历以大专为主,采用责任制护理的科室占70.99%,每名护士平均负责lO.35名患者,仅24.65%的科室配有护工;一年内护士
离职率为4.00%,主要原因为转向其他医院或行业;有32.17%的科室实行绩效考核。结论:二级医院护士配置不足,护士年轻
化严重,学历、职称普遍偏低,绩效考核体系不完善。建议增加二级医院护理人力配置,提高护士学历水平,加强后勤支持系统
的建设。
