内蒙古地区各行业能源效率评价及问题研究讲义.doc

（ 二 〇 一 五 年 六 月 摘 要 内蒙古自治区拥有着丰富的能源，是一个典型的能源大省,其中煤炭资源最为丰富,居全国榜首。其他能源，如石油、天然气、光照资源、风能的储量也是非常丰富的。充足的能源优势促进了内蒙古地区经济的增长，带动了各行业的发展。在以能源带动的经济增长的背景下，内蒙古地区各行业普遍存在能源浪费严重，能源使用效率不高的现象。怎样提高本地区的能源效率，成为其经济发展的重中之重。本文以内蒙古地区各行业能源强度为研究对象，结合全国各行业能源强度，运用分析比较法，将内蒙古地区与全国的各行业能源强度进行比较，发现除了交通运输、仓储和邮政业以外，其他行业的能源效率都普遍偏低。能源效率偏低的原因是这些行业在能源使用中都存在着大量的问题。基于存在的问题，本文相应地提出了一些政策建议。 关键词：能源产出；能源消费；能源效率；能源强度 Abstract There are many rich energy in the?Nei?Monggol?Autonomous?Region. Inner Mongolia is a province which is one of the most rich energy province in China. The most abundant energy is coal resource. Inner Mongolia’s reserve of coal is first in China. Other energy sources are very rich, like oil, natural gas, wind, light resources. Abundant energy promote the economic growth and the development of various industries in Inner Mongolia. Under this background, the phenomenon of energy waste and low energy efficiency are widespread in many industries in Inner Mongolia energy. It is important for the economy of Inner Mongolia to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy waste. The article takes industrial energy intensity of Inner Mongolia as the research object. Compared with industrial energy intensity of China, we can find that except transportation, warehousing and postal service industry and other industrys energy efficiency is generally low. The reason is that those industries exist some widespread problems. Based on the existing problems, the author puts forward some accordingly policy and suggestions to solve these problems.
