The realizing of multi thread can make the independence of each port , and accurately realize serial communication , increase the real - time and reliability within serial communication , and employ multi threading technique which makes the program capable to high - speed data collecting and processing. This paper analyses principles and development methods of serial communication and multi thread programming based on Win dows 9x.
